We provide concierge-level care with completely customized programs — not generic exercise sheets. You’ll work one-on-one with a specialist who listens to your story, tracks your progress closely, and adjusts your plan until you get results.

Not necessarily. Most sessions can be done with common household items. If needed, we may recommend basic tools like resistance bands, ankle weights, foam roller and 1-5lbs dumbbells. We’ll guide you on where to get them affordably.

No — you don’t need a gym at all. All of our programs are custom-built around the space and equipment you have at home, even if that’s just a chair ,stairs and a wall. However, if you do have access to a gym or prefer using machines, we’re happy to incorporate those into your plan as well. Your program is designed to fit your lifestyle, not the other way around.
